Business Outlook

Pros

Increased my pay-rate during my contract to make it more comparable to other agency nurses staffed at same hospital. (this was done without asking). My recruiter was very proactive with following up and making sure my interview and onboarding process was speedy and complete.

Cons

They don't really follow up or stay in contact with you once you start your contract unless it's important information. They frequently have 8-hour 40 week contracts for nurses, which is not ideal.
