Strange and weird place - Consultant Tango Analytics Employee Review

Pros

Had great coworkers on the small team I was on

Cons

Sometimes I felt like I was in the twilight zone. All male employees were called up to a meeting on the 2nd floor (at the time, not sure if they're still in the same office space) conference room where the CEO explained that someone has been continually peeing on the floors of the bathroom. He started to cry about it. The same CEO cried during a company movie event (the hobbit 3, another weird selection) while giving a toast. Maybe it's just me but repeatedly crying during company addresses is strange.

Pros

Remote work. Products are generally well received by prospects.

Cons

Huge churn of clients in recent years. ELT churn within last 18/mo. Sales leadership is toxic and not meeting quotas. PE is tightening the screws and the CFO and outside consultant are defacto leaders of company.
