Pros

There was a great group of entry level employees. Everyone was trying hard tp support one another, but everything was so erratic.

Cons

Run. Run far and run fast. Although, I have not been there for long, it became very clear early that this place was all sort of messed up and pivots on the whim of an ancient, delusional owner trying to stay relevant. There was zero diversity at this company, and it was so pathetic. Truly sad that the CEO would stand by and condone the bad treatment of entry level employees.

Remote work. Products are generally well received by prospects.

Cons

Huge churn of clients in recent years. ELT churn within last 18/mo. Sales leadership is toxic and not meeting quotas. PE is tightening the screws and the CFO and outside consultant are defacto leaders of company.
