Pros

Most of the employees here have a good sense of teamwork.

Cons

Despite most of the co-workers being collaborative, the management is filled with people who are selfish and apathetic towards other people. The people compromising the management only think about themselves. These managers aren't fit to be leaders because they don't care about the well-being of the employees.

Remote work. Products are generally well received by prospects.

Cons

Huge churn of clients in recent years. ELT churn within last 18/mo. Sales leadership is toxic and not meeting quotas. PE is tightening the screws and the CFO and outside consultant are defacto leaders of company.
