One of the biggest challenges I faced was the lack of clear communication and direction from upper management. Often, I would be given vague or conflicting instructions, which made it difficult to prioritize my tasks and ensure that I was working on the right things. This lack of clarity led to a lot of frustration and wasted time, as I would often have to backtrack or redo work that was later deemed unnecessary.
