Pros? This is absolutely laughable

Tanisha systems is by far one of the worst companies I have ever worked for in my entire career. They don’t explain things correctly, they send you screenshots that are outdated with vague information and expect you to understand how their systems work. Even after you submit your timesheet or expense report reports, they still ask you to send Screenshots. They also expect you to be the communicator between the client and them. Why? Any third-party company is supposed to have a direct relationship with the client and leave the employee out of making sure the communication goes back-and-forth between companies. It’s been four months since I left them and they still owe me two months worth of mileage expense reimbursements. There have been no replies to all the emails I have sent, in response to their request for completed reports, screenshots, etc. I have provided them more than enough, and my request to get paid has gone completely silent. DO NOT work for this company!!!
