      Good benefit, people are easy to work with in Asia

      Cons

      Moving target on promotion criteria and less willing to hire local people as top management. Also regard Asia as one single region

      Great Place to work, great benefits, good work life balance, great office environment

      Cons

      strict hybrid schedule (Tues - Thurs) but you do get PTO and a lot of options to create a good balance
