      - Very good work/life balance - they care about their employees - very good environment / friendly - benefits - possibility to grow

      reorganize the team as the workflow is not the same for everyone (some people are super busy and some aren’t)

      Great Place to work, great benefits, good work life balance, great office environment

      Cons

      strict hybrid schedule (Tues - Thurs) but you do get PTO and a lot of options to create a good balance
