      Pros

      Great benefits and great for learning luxury retail practices. I was able to refine my merchandising skills and business acumen.

      Cons

      Upper management at corporate level is terrible. Not much support there. Depending on the store location, you can get a lot of issues with theft.

      Great Place to work, great benefits, good work life balance, great office environment

      Cons

      strict hybrid schedule (Tues - Thurs) but you do get PTO and a lot of options to create a good balance
