Pros
- Very interesting field of work. - Installed on plenty of campuses. - Great code challenges.
Cons
- No planning for absolutely anything, even though they think they do. - The code base is a huge monolithic, adding the fact that the business logic is super complex (not necessarily because it has to). - Stress all over the place, expect no life/work balance. San Francisco wakes up when Tel aviv goes to sleep. They expect you to be on meetings including the weekends. - The only employees that succeed are yes men and the ones that do quick and dirty. - No documentation, neither documented requirements when you get your task to be done, expect to be communicating with someone on the states to understand what he really wants (this happens usually on your off work hours off course).
