Soul destroying, toxic bitter environment - Marketing Target Australia Employee Review

Don't kid yourself...it's not the "opportunity of a lifetime to work in a progessive, iconic retail business". The culture is horrific, team members are set up to fail. The staff turnover is so high (over 40%) there is no job history to learn from. Advice from senior management included "starting a job at Target is like being chased through the forest by a man with a gun, and you're blind folded" and "welcome to Target, you'll spend the first 3 months crying". Worst. Job. Ever.
