      Pros

      The style department is one of the easiest departments. Not too repetitive.

      Cons

      It gets really busy during holidays. The fitting rooms get so full, we sometimes had to close them.

      There were definitely routes for advancement, but maybe required relocation.

      You have to deal with the public as it’s a service-oriented job, but that’s not unique to Target specifically.
