      -Good pay -Reasonable hours -Stable income

      Cons

      -Depending on management, your experience could be great or a nightmare. -Some managers set too high of expecations -It doesn't matter how well your yearly evaluation is, you'll get maybe 10 cent increase.

      There were definitely routes for advancement, but maybe required relocation.
