      Flexible with school schedules, decent pay

      Cons

      Starbucks specifically is understaffed most of the time. Never more than 1-2 people working unless it's the weekend. We have to pay for food and drinks which sucks.

      Challenging, fast-paced culture with great rewards.

      Cons

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
