      Target attempts to care about their team members.

      Cons

      Target will schedule you randomly unless you've been there for a while or have rank, Exec staff doesn't have time for team but can sit down to eat together three times a day!

      Pay and growth opportunities. Thorough training when you are new to the company.

      Work-life balance isn't the best because you are required to close quite a bit while also working your dayside shifts.
