      Pros

      Discounts are good and you can pick up hours when you want to. Lots of opportunities to learn other roles and start pathways to advancement.

      Cons

      Hourly help is not always reliable. And keeping the ones who are is difficult with the rigid yearly raise structures and advancement structures.
