Pros
Great working conditions, great team building and networking, so much to do and learn, Chances to grow as high as you like! This company already lived DEI, and everyone in the store is important! I love how diverse our team is!
Cons
This is difficult because there really aren't many cons. Some will say salary, some will say management, but I don't have those issues. I do have one: I think everyone should be eligible for all of the benefits. My store needs music!
