      Everything you need to know they are well set up to teach you. If you have a head on your shoulders you can do well within Target

      Cons

      It is a very competitive environment.You must also have very thick skin becasue they believe on constant feed back often the things you are not doing well. Even if that is 10% of what you have been doing
