      Pros

      Great health benefits, 401K, paid vacation. Salary was very competitive and there are opportunities for bonuses. Growth opportunities and leadership training looks great on any resume.

      Cons

      There is no work/life balance. The expectation is to put in 50-60 hours a week and the salary no longer becomes as valuable.
