      Pros

      Salaries can be great, some leadership is great. Excellent mission and vision, mixed execution.

      Cons

      Super** Political. Can work in your favor or against, but company does not promote mostly based on performance as 'advertised'. Long hours, poor life balance, payroll cuts make life difficult these days.
