      Pros

      Target is a company based on giving great service to guest as well as the fairness and treatment to it's team members and leaders. Also there is alot of opprotunity for advancement for people who are looking at Target for a career focus rather then just another job. The benefits are good and they have a great 401k plan. The leadership team in my store are always friendly and very helpful to team members and support advancement of it's people. Ask and you will get alot of help with developement.

      Cons

      The pay could be better as you will feel like you do alot more then what your compensated for but the hourly salary is competitive as I have checked other retailers for their average hourly wage.

      Pros

      If you are looking for a job that you’ll be a part of a fun team environment, have the ability to learn all about customer “guest” service, retail operations and sales, as well as merchandising even at entry level great opportunity. for such a large corporation I have been pleasantly surprised by how tight knit teams are. applying was okay, there were multiple steps (videos, assessments) but overall not too bad)., phone call and then video questions before hiring.

      Cons

      Pay isn’t great, but for the market it’s fair. Moving up involves a much larger increase in responsibilities and workload relative to the pay increase.
