      Pros

      Good pay, good entry level management opportunities, TM discount, many dedicated people make it fun to go to work. Environment much nicer compared to big box retailers.

      Cons

      Work life balance is terrible, benefits not very good for the employer size. If you are not a favorite of your manager plan on minimal growth.
