      Pros

      They have a great working atmosphere. Team meetings are the cornerstone of this. Decent pay and paid time off. Would recommend working there.

      Cons

      Management is not very good. Unwilling to listen to suggestions from lower level employees. Management can be stubborn and very arrogant.
