Very Demanding, Lots of Numbers, but great learning experience - Executive Team Leader Target Employee Review

Be prepared to work lots of hours and every other weekend. Pay per hour works out to be in lower 20's. You will feel a lot of pressure to make the numbers, but they give you the tools to do it. People are great, but not a lot of work/life balance.
