Pros

If you are a kid just out of high school, it will give you work experience but be sure to stay living with your parents, so they pay all the bills. If your a bored housewife it will give you something to do while your kids are in school, or while your husband watches them at night.

Cons

Minimum wage, hours being cut to 8 to 12 per week, if the powers that be take a dislike to you for what ever reason, you will never get promoted or even given the chance to transfer. If you need to support a family and you find yourself at this store, your in trouble financially. you will never be recognized for a job well done, the job responsibilities will never be clearly explained. poor training.

Pros

If you are looking for a job that you’ll be a part of a fun team environment, have the ability to learn all about customer “guest” service, retail operations and sales, as well as merchandising even at entry level great opportunity. for such a large corporation I have been pleasantly surprised by how tight knit teams are. applying was okay, there were multiple steps (videos, assessments) but overall not too bad)., phone call and then video questions before hiring.

Cons

Pay isn’t great, but for the market it’s fair. Moving up involves a much larger increase in responsibilities and workload relative to the pay increase.
