      Pros

      Good benefits for part time workers. Decent starting wage for hourly workers. Above minimum wage.

      Cons

      Benefits take awhile to kick in after employment and you can not add a spouse at the same time you are eligible for insurance. You can add your kids though which doesn't make any sense.

      Pros

      There were definitely routes for advancement, but maybe required relocation.

      Cons

      You have to deal with the public as it’s a service-oriented job, but that’s not unique to Target specifically.
