      Pros

      Somewhat flexible with outside commitments e.g appointments Open minded regarding tattoos & piercings & hair color - everything goes Great team members - made some lasting friends

      Cons

      Management Unpredictable hours ... one week may be 40, the next could be 22! Minimum wage with only an annual raise which is normally 5-20 cents.

      There were definitely routes for advancement, but maybe required relocation.

      Cons

      You have to deal with the public as it’s a service-oriented job, but that’s not unique to Target specifically.
