Pros
Target does a lot of research before deciding to make a change to any of their processes. You'll learn a lot about working as a team and managing people. It's up to you how far you want to go with this company, they like to move things along quickly.
Cons
They hire a lot of College Grads that have minimal to no work experience, yet they won't promote within unless you have a degree. Overall they focus too much on the degree and not the experience.
