      Pros

      Lots of growth opportunities Fortune 500 Company You can pretty much move to any area of the United States and know that there is a Target locally and you can likely transfer to another store with experience

      Cons

      Low employee discount (only 10%) No promotion to Executive Team Lead or Store Manager without a degree My starting salary was pretty low. However, in less than 6months I had been promoted twice.

      Pros

      There were definitely routes for advancement, but maybe required relocation.

      Cons

      You have to deal with the public as it’s a service-oriented job, but that’s not unique to Target specifically.
