      Some seriously groundbreaking technology, especially on the platform side TLP program allows new graduates to explore new areas of technology

      Cons

      Heavy bureaucracy surrounding final placement salary - being paid below the 10th percentile in my discipline despite a full year of experience and being told it's "policy" makes me want to leave

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
