Pros
I enjoyed helping people to find what they were looking for. Target has great products! The management team was very encouraging.
Cons
The store I worked at was way understaffed after the holidays. They would schedule only 1 or 2 associates to cover 3/4 of the store. As an employee, I can't be in two places at once, and customers get very impatient if they can't find assistance.
