Pros
The people I work with are a great group of people. The technology used in Target is pretty current and they try to stay up to date on it.
Cons
The executive team is generally not that helpful. The work you put in for the pay some of us receive is really bad. Raises in my store are for the year and they are generally less than 30 cents, yes thats CENTS!
