Pros
Being a big corporation, Target makes everything from pay, to punch sheets available on an app. Many coworkers were nice individuals who genuinely wanted to help customers and help me learn.
Cons
Management plays favorites, often offering extra hours to a select few individuals. They retract hours like mad, and do not work with you on the schedule, I was often scheduled outside of my availability, and scorned for not coming in on the days where I had been documented as not available.
