      Everyone I worked with was supportive and tried to help however they could.

      Cons

      Only one person at a time is responsible for the entire tech department and there isn't enough time for one person to get everything done.

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
