      Pros

      If you get a good manager who watches your back and supports you are set.

      Cons

      If you get a bad manager. Run away as fast as possible. HR is not your friend. They protect the company not you. You will always get Karens who want to talk to your manager. Guests will always think the internet is always correct and your the one who is wrong.

      There were definitely routes for advancement, but maybe required relocation.

      Cons

      You have to deal with the public as it’s a service-oriented job, but that’s not unique to Target specifically.
