Pros
- Fun work environment - Co workers have great positive attitudes - Work well with new employees to train them on the tasks at hand - Work well to inform you what needs to be done for the day - Very accommodating schedule
Cons
- Low pay for incoming employees - Little room for advancement inside the company - Majority of management is hired from outside the company (in my experience anyway) - Very particular about how certain things are done
