ETL's can no longer commit time to their departments, we are constantly picking up where payroll left off, over extending all ETLs. Promotional opportunities are given to those that dabble in the politics. Discounts are limited to 10% (+5% with Target Card), other major retailers offer 20%. Far too often are there rollouts that fail to address major issues, they end up creating only more issues. Metrics are then assessed based off those failing rollouts... Over-utilization of the word "Team". The list can go on...
