Pros

Pay is average for recent grads, 10% off shopping, store experiences, internal social network, online training

Cons

There's so much gossip, but if you can live with that then maybe this is not much of a con. There's really no career or learning path defined, just generic titles and pay grade bumps. Slow start to becoming agile. It's mostly waterfall with weekly sit downs. There's not many experienced engineers that I've come across that can lead teams. There's another layoff in January so joining this early is a bad idea. I have heard the word freeze used for months. We literally are just waiting it out. It's a great time to slack though. You'll hear a lot of meaningless fluffy jargon.

Pros

If you are looking for a job that you’ll be a part of a fun team environment, have the ability to learn all about customer “guest” service, retail operations and sales, as well as merchandising even at entry level great opportunity. for such a large corporation I have been pleasantly surprised by how tight knit teams are. applying was okay, there were multiple steps (videos, assessments) but overall not too bad)., phone call and then video questions before hiring.

Cons

Pay isn’t great, but for the market it’s fair. Moving up involves a much larger increase in responsibilities and workload relative to the pay increase.
