Good benefits, good discount, flexible hours (aside from the holiday season) probably the most comfortable retail job you can find.
Cons
Bad management, pay is not high enough, being pulled to other jobs around the store such as online order filling and still expected to do your job and make it to the counter in less than a minute if the button is pressed.
