Pros

The education benefits are life-changing. Corporate is willing to work with you and hear your voice if you reach out. If you are lucky enough to have a good manager you will likely be happy most days you come in because of how much power over the culture they have. Some roles are inherently easier by nature and those employees tend to stay for 10+ years if they'd like.

Cons

If you have a bad manager, they can hire similar employees and change the entire culture making daily life harder than it ever has to be. There isn't much you can do about it besides switch departments or leave. The cart attending role (at least in AZ) is truly hard to get through day by day. Guests treat you like you're not human and it can be physically taxing. If the management allowed more breaks or had a couple of people performing that role instead of 1, it would be more humane.

Pros

If you are looking for a job that you’ll be a part of a fun team environment, have the ability to learn all about customer “guest” service, retail operations and sales, as well as merchandising even at entry level great opportunity. for such a large corporation I have been pleasantly surprised by how tight knit teams are. applying was okay, there were multiple steps (videos, assessments) but overall not too bad)., phone call and then video questions before hiring.

Cons

Pay isn’t great, but for the market it’s fair. Moving up involves a much larger increase in responsibilities and workload relative to the pay increase.
