      Pros

      Generous with time off. Target is clean and full of nice people. The people that shop at Target seem to be a higher standard than those who shop at other similar stores.

      Cons

      Not everyone is expected to work at full capacity. The pay and benefits are nothing to be proud of. Advancement opportunities are limited.
