Pros

Fostering a positive corporate culture is a core value at TargetX. My co-workers always have my back, even in challenging situations. And working in the higher-ed space is exciting and rewarding. Our work is client-centric which provides a common goal across the company- be consultative and provide solutions.

Cons

TargetX is growing quickly, and with that comes some growing pains. However, new leadership and organizational structure allows for us to be nimble and quickly adjust/problem solve.

Pros

I was quite surprised to see such a negative review of such a great place to work! itnis refreshing to work at a place where candor is appreciated, people wake up wanting to do a good job, we learn from our mistakes, and we support each other- All because we want to make a difference for our clients. We work hard and play hard. This is truly a special place to work. As someone who watched TargetX grow over the last 15 years and knew I wanted to be a part of the "something special"... I'm so glad I took a leap from a comfortable job to one that offers new and exciting challenges each day.

Cons

they take cultural fit very seriously which makes sense for people who used to be in admissions. You must be passionate about your work and want to excel or it's not the place for you.
