TargetX really practices what they preach. I've never been a part of a company who really practices their values but TargetX really does! The people are amazing and the culture is everything people say it is. I'm so glad I joined the TargetX team!

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any cons. They've continued to impress me time and time again in the way they care for and encourage their employees. As a company, we are seeing a lot of success and I think it's only up from here!

I was quite surprised to see such a negative review of such a great place to work! itnis refreshing to work at a place where candor is appreciated, people wake up wanting to do a good job, we learn from our mistakes, and we support each other- All because we want to make a difference for our clients. We work hard and play hard. This is truly a special place to work. As someone who watched TargetX grow over the last 15 years and knew I wanted to be a part of the "something special"... I'm so glad I took a leap from a comfortable job to one that offers new and exciting challenges each day.

Cons

they take cultural fit very seriously which makes sense for people who used to be in admissions. You must be passionate about your work and want to excel or it's not the place for you.
