The People The Culture The Clients Coming to TargetX was a change for me from higher ed to the 'corporate' world - but it couldn't have been an easier transition. I'm proud to call my coworkers my second family, and my friends.

Cons

The current fast growth of the company can be scary if a person doesn't know what they're getting into. Sometimes we wear a lot of hats.

I was quite surprised to see such a negative review of such a great place to work! itnis refreshing to work at a place where candor is appreciated, people wake up wanting to do a good job, we learn from our mistakes, and we support each other- All because we want to make a difference for our clients. We work hard and play hard. This is truly a special place to work. As someone who watched TargetX grow over the last 15 years and knew I wanted to be a part of the "something special"... I'm so glad I took a leap from a comfortable job to one that offers new and exciting challenges each day.

Cons

they take cultural fit very seriously which makes sense for people who used to be in admissions. You must be passionate about your work and want to excel or it's not the place for you.
