Great benefits. Depends on where you work its a great place to work. The last few years I was there I was miserable. Over promotion at the top of my department. I had to answer to two people that fed off each other. One didn't know what end of a shovel to use and the other couldn't spell shovel. These two totally destroyed moral and if they did not like you they would write you up and find someway to get rid of you. Both in my opinion are bigots. Towards the end of my tenure they hired a good guy as Operations Supervisor. Man of God and I am surprised he is still there.
