Pros
Comfortable wages, benefits, and a yearly bonus. Some opportunity for overtime and double pay if holidays are worked. Amazing health care, dental, and mental health care. Retirement is matched up to 6% which is very competitive.
Cons
Lack of growth and micromanagement. There's a lot of discussion about growth but very little follow-through. To advance, there are some high hoops you need to jump through and many employees feel extremely discouraged. Managers appear to juggle a lot, leaving little room for constructive and actionable feedback. A strong sense of being mistrusted and excessively monitored leading to many peers not wanting to speak up for fear of retribution and potentially being placed on a "warning". Generally, there's an overall sense of not being heard or taken seriously despite constant company-wide meetings that center around employee pulse and engagement. Again, lack of follow-through and commitment.
