Pros
I love working for this company. They are inclusive, thoughtful, put a lot of diversity in leadership, encourage personal growth through workshops and resources, and work to foster an environment where we learn and share a language of collaboration/growth mindset/conflict resolution. I really appreciate the way this company thoughtful thinks through big problems, facing how to navigate COVID in an employee-first way, facing and embracing the BLM and other diversity discussions through workshops/discussions/intern hiring strategy, working to empower all employees with the tools they need to become stronger communicators, and facing the great problem of gracefully scaling.
Cons
My biggest complaint is that in our agile environment, I believe we sometimes move a little too fast and launch new parts of the business unthoughtfully. And I worry about cohesion as a unit between different departments as we grow. I see this a focus that they're working on, but it's a hard problem to solve.
