There are no pros that come to mind.

Cons

CEO micro-manages EVERY aspect of ALL of the day to day operations. He talks about "Extreme Ownership" but does not let employees take ownership of anything. He has unrealistic expectations of what it takes to complete a task.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. The company has been undergoing growing pains since the last acquisition in 2018. With this inorganic growth, change and increased workload quickly followed which can be very difficult for any organization. The good news is we are growing and with that we are also hiring new team members to support this growth and the existing team members. Additionally, we are currently evaluating our total benefits package to ensure we are competitive and rewarding our employees appropriately! Pros

The team I work with is great along with the people I report to. Every time I’ve had an ask for my broker or customer it has been discussed and approved. Reasonable discussions are always taken into consideration and heard. It’s about doing what is right for the customer and our company. Compensation is good along with all the perks that go along with it. 401k and healthcare is also offered. It’s been a great environment for me and I plan to be here many years.
