-Poor culture -Best way to describe owner is mean -Decisions made quickly without consideration, many times are unfair to certain “types” of people. -If looking for a long-term position with growth opportunities then look elsewhere.

Pros

The team I work with is great along with the people I report to. Every time I’ve had an ask for my broker or customer it has been discussed and approved. Reasonable discussions are always taken into consideration and heard. It’s about doing what is right for the customer and our company. Compensation is good along with all the perks that go along with it. 401k and healthcare is also offered. It’s been a great environment for me and I plan to be here many years.

You need to know you will travel, I like that part of my job. It is expected
