If you are coming here with the thoughts of work life balance and learning, Please don't come Working here is as same as working in co-operative bank only with laptops.zero digitalisation fully manual work and pathetic environment to work.growth is also limited. Senior managers are the only culprits here..who takes promotion every year..and they know how to suck up employees below them mentally. Work life balance is zero as they don't give official holidays..2nd Saturday and last Sunday is always working which adds up having very long weekend in the month end. They also give donkey works suddenly to credit managers like providing data, calling customers etc to make you feel like you are working in call center or data entry field. HR has no power as many of the mentioned issues raised multiple times but no resolution came..they just take meeting and listen to the problems with no resolution at all.
